EAT RIGHT, THINK RIGHT, LIVE RIGHT! 

This is an indoor exercise activity (See the document attached.)  Stay away from fruit juice for the month of August and drink water only.  On the weekend, enjoy your favorite beverage in moderation. Also, try to stay away from Carbohydrates because Carbs are sugar (Read your labels!)
