In observance of Breast Cancer Month and in conjunction with the 2022 Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk Where You Are, the Sports & Fitness Ministry is sponsoring a 5K Breast Cancer Walk on Saturday, October 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the Cascade BeltLine. All walkers will gather together in the parking lot of the Cascade Kroger on Ralph David Abernathy at 10:00 a.m.
Remember, we are walking for those who can’t, for those too weakened by treatment to join, for those who are suffering and for those we have lost. Together we will fight back against breast cancer! So, wear your pink or make a sign in support of the walk!
Romans 8:28 – “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
Also, join us on “Pink Sunday” where we will culminate our observance of Breast Cancer Month by wearing a shade of pink or some combination thereof at the Sunday Worship Service on Sunday, October 30.
